I am Done feeling fat and out of shape.. just done.
Starting slow..
All fucking over again..So pissed off
no gyms no equipment no fucking money.
using what i have until it doesn't do the job anymore.
heavy doses of crossfit, cycling, walking, running, hiking, skateboarding.
Bodyweight exercises
sprints for now
distance later
on foot
on the bike
long boarding on off days to keep moving
100 pushups
25 pullups
run a 5 k
squat
lift heavy stuff
starting a 36 hour fast tonight
new diet wednesday morning
simply tired of the fat keeping me back.

fuck excuses
